Jonathan Schwartz

Senior Advisor

Jonathan Schwartz is a seasoned international investor, merchant banker and fiduciary, with experience spanning clients and projects across Europe, Asia, Australia and the United States.   He has worked on more than €20 billion of investments.

Jonathan has held several senior positions, including Partner in Compass Partners Private Equity, Group Development Director (Chief Restructuring Officer) at AMP Limited (an Australian Insurance and Investment Company with more than €200 billion in assets under management), as well as serving as a Partner or Board Member of a number of private equity, hedge and UCITS funds and corporate finance partnerships. Previously, Jonathan was a Partner at Deloitte for over 10 years, with a focus on restructuring, strategy and M&A. His clients included AT&T, Citigroup and General Motors.

Jonathan is a citizen of Italy, UK and USA.  He resides in Italy. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from New York University.  His languages are Italian and English.
