Prior to joining FCP, Heidi spent nearly seven years at IQ Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm, where she served as Investor Relations Coordinator. In this role, she was deeply involved in all facets of fundraising and investor relations, working closely with investors and advisors to address daily inquiries and drawdowns, and oversee the onboarding process for new fund subscriptions.

Earlier in her career, Heidi gained diverse experience in the agricultural sector, holding roles in large-scale commodity purchasing, direct sales, and providing guidance to growers on crop varieties and nutrition.
