Ralph Welsch-Lehmann

Ralph Welsch-Lehmann joined FCP in January 2021, and serves as a fractional CFO for each FCP Limited Partnership, on behalf of FCP Private Markets GP Limited. Ralph is an active early-stage investor and serves as fractional CFO for several companies in sectors ranging from private real estate, hospitality, SaaS, and gaming. Before joining, Ralph was the Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Deutsche Bank's DB Private Equity business, where he worked alongside Claudio Siniscalco for 3 years. As COO for DB PE, he was responsible for the operational readiness of the business and managed Finance, Operations, Risk Management, IT, HR, Fund Finance and outsourced vendors. Before that Ralph held other senior-level positions at Deutsche Bank in Finance, Private Clients and Asset Management and Corporate Development. Ralph started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Services and International Business Practice in New York. He holds a Master of Business Administration from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from EBS University of Business and Law. He a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
